Abstract

[Excerpt] There is one thing professors and professionals in industrial relations can be absolutely certain of: concepts and techniques recycle. Profit sharing and gainsharing are cases in point. Both possess long histories and the arguments advanced by advocates and skeptics also have a historic ring.
